Anniversary card

Well the SU meet on Sunday was a blast, I met a lot of lovely people and tried/watched new techniques. Mind you I needed yesterday to recover as it took it out of me a little but I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

So today is the first time I've felt like crafting and, as its my brother in laws wedding anniversary next week, I decided to make their card early and not leave it to the last minute as I usually do...lol

SU items used are: DSP Tea Party, Very Vanilla and Bravo Burgandy cs, Pretty in pink and Prefect plum inks, True Friends and Mr & Mrs stamp sets, plain and scalloped oval punches, Dazzling Diamonds glitter
Own items: Acetate and glue pen.

I was inspired to do this card by joining in these challenges:
Clean and Simple - Sketch
Die Cut Dreams - Acetate
Rosie-D's - Burgandy, Pink and Cream
Anyone for Anya - Be Dazzled

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog.

  6. This is a very pretty card. I have always wanted to play around with acetate, but just never really know what to do with it.

If you get a chance to visit my blog, I have a mini card giveaway. There is cardstock, papers, stamped images, embellishments, and a handmade card up for grabs.
