Hello everyone,

Late post for me as I've been so busy today with shopping etc so please forgive me.  Last Monday my youngest daughter started a new job as a Healthcare Assistant at one of the hospitals in Nottingham.  She was very nervous but I had total confidence in her ability to do a good job and, although I hate to say it, I was right...lol   She enjoys her job and say the staff are very friendly and, after only a couple of days, are leaving her to do certain things without supervision.  Mind you previously she was working with the healthcare outreach team so had a little knowledge of what to expect.

Obviously I had to make her a good luck card and despite knowing for months that she had the job time crept up on me and, before I knew it, last Sunday was upon me and I still hadn't done her card. I'd started it but not finished it. Anyway she came up with her partner on Sunday to see her dad who's birthday was on the Friday and, whilst we sat chatting in the conservatory, I was making her Good Luck card. Its a good job Kirsty's got a sense of humour...lol Well this is what I came up with....

You can't see it very clearly but I put pearls on the centre of the embossed flowers.  She was quite chuffed with it when I gave it her.  The colour combination for the card is Wisteria Wonder, Calypso Corol and Whisper White.  I then used several bright inks to stamp out the sentiments that were punched out with the round punches.

Thanks for stopping by, leave a comment is you wish as I love to know what you think of my projects.
